HardMode is a Chrome extension that helps you block distracting websites. Sensai Ltd (“we”) collects minimal personal data.
We only collect name and email address when you purchase HardMode Pro. This information is collected and processed by Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your payment card details.
Your email is used to verify your Pro purchase and to send you restore codes if you need to activate Pro on a new browser or device. Restore codes are sent via our email provider and expire after 15 minutes.
We also keep a minimal record of Pro entitlement status linked to your email (for example, whether a purchase was refunded or disputed) so that we can fairly enforce access to paid features and prevent abuse.
Extension settings (such as blocked sites and preferences) are stored locally in your browser. We do not receive or store this data on our servers.
We use Stripe for payment processing and an email service for sending restore codes. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
